Once you’ve completed the Information Request Form, our Admissions Team will send you a link to our easy online application. You can fill it out and pay the application/testing fee from the comfort of your home.
After you have filled out our online application, our Admissions Team will schedule a testing date for your student.
If your child is accepted to DSA, we will send you our online student registration form. You can easily upload student records, sign necessary forms, and pay the enrollment fee.
After registration is complete and your enrollment fee is paid, your child is officially enrolled at Divine Savior Academy. Congratulations!
Our Admissions Team and Administration will communicate next steps for uniforms, school calendars, orientation, and more.
