We believe that education
can save the world.
The story of Divine Savior-Santa Rita Ranch starts with Roselle Braun, the woman who owned the land on which our school is built. After her husband passed away in 1969, she began praying that one day her land would be home to a church and school.
In 2005, Mrs. Braun sold her land to Ed and Elizabeth Horne, the developers of Santa Rita Ranch. She made them promise to use the land for a church and school, a ministry that would share God’s Word with this community. The Hornes were faithful to that promise and generously donated land to Divine Savior in 2018. With the opening of Divine Savior Church and Academy, we’ll get to share God’s Word with students and families, just like Mrs. Braun had prayed.
We're grateful that our story includes so many people that believe that Christian education can change the world. We can’t wait to get started this Fall!
